yes, all of our sea glass is authentic surf-tumbled sea glass found on beaches all over the world. we do not alter our sea glass in any way. the shapes, sizes, texture and color are exactly as it was found on the beach. most of our sea glass was found by our designer and owner, michele shore and her team who travel to beaches all over the world to collect rare sea glass. and some of our sea glass is sourced from reputable private collectors.

how do i measure my wrist or neck size and what if my jewelry does not fit when i receive it?

you can measure your neck or wrist by using a piece of string. lay it the way you want it to fit on you then measure the string. if your jewelry is the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days at info@shorelinedesigns.shop and we can arrange shipping and either modify the jewelry or give you a refund.

how do i care for my beautiful sterling silver sea glass jewelry?

store your jewelry in its original gift box where there is a charcoal tab hidden to prevent the need to clean it. you can shine it up by using a suede or ultra-suede eyeglass cloth, a silver cloth, or a personal size ionic cleaner that works in seconds. (speedbrite.com)

sea glass, like any glass can break if you drop your jewelry on a hard floor, so avoid standing on a tile or stone floor when placing it on and removing it, in case it slips from your hands.

to maintain a natural frosted surface on your sea glass, wash it with a drop of dish soap and dry your jewelry completely before storing it.

how can i enhance the colors of my sea glass?

we do not enhance the colors of our sea glass but you can by putting a small amount of mineral oil or clear vegetable oil on a clean white cloth, rub it on and wipe it off completely. the colors will appear brighter and have a slight shine. you can frost it again by washing it. DO NOT try to enhance the pastel colored sea glass or it will just appear clear and lose its color until you wash it again.
